Shipping and Returns Policy

  1. Shipping Methods and Costs

We ship most items listed in our online shop worldwide using the fastest available shipping methods, including DHL, FedEx, or UPS Express, which typically take around 4-8 days to arrive. For shipments to Brazil, we exclusively use EMS Express. An additional freight cost of USD 35 will apply if the delivery address is in a remote area as designated by the shipping companies.


  1. Using Buyer’s Shipping Account

We can use the buyer’s shipping account to send goods. However, the buyer must schedule the pickup and provide us with the shipping label. Simply providing a shipping account number is not sufficient. If using a FedEx account, please also obtain a control or reference number from them.


  1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days upon receipt of payment. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you of the new expected delivery time.


  1. Shipping Addresses

We only ship to the confirmed address provided in your order. Please ensure the delivery address matches the one on your payment account when paying via PayPal or Credit Card. Mismatched addresses will result in order cancellation and a refund. This requirement does not apply to payments made via Wire Transfer or Western Union.


  1. Service Transit Time

Transit times are provided by the shipping company and exclude weekends and holidays. These times may vary, especially during the holiday season.


  1. Customs Duties and VAT

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties incurred. If you wish to lower the product value on the shipping invoice, please inform us in advance; otherwise, we will declare the actual amount paid. Note that in most EU countries, the declared value must be the actual amount paid. Additionally, a VAT number is required for customs clearance in all EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, and Ireland.


  1. Customs Clearance Assistance

Please provide any necessary assistance to the shipping company for customs clearance of the goods in your country.


  1. Inspecting Shipments

Inspect the items in front of the courier upon delivery. If the goods are damaged, obtain documentary evidence of the damage from the local DHL or FedEx office and email us with photos of the packaging and products as soon as possible.


  1. Missing Shipments

If you have not received your shipment within 15 days of the payment date, please contact us.

We will track the shipment and provide an update as soon as possible.


  1. Returns and Refunds

Products with ripped-off codes, custom-made products, or items requested for return beyond 3 days of receipt will not be accepted for return or warranty. Regularly stocked items may be returned for a refund within 3 days of receipt, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in good, resalable condition. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and any import taxes.


  1. Warranty

We provide a quality warranty of six months to one year for most LED part products and two years for complete LED display products (specific terms are subject to the final Proforma Invoice). During this period, any defects under normal use will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our factory. Customers are responsible for back-and-forth shipping costs.
